The Doctor of Law (DLaw) is a professional doctorate which provides relevant professionals with the opportunity to take work-based problems, study them from a perspective that blends theoretical insights from academic study with the knowledge, practice, and skills they have acquired in their specialist field.

It is the first course of its kind in the UK, and the only physical therapy programme outside North America to be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
The elective modules are made up of (i) technical and (ii) business, management, and entrepreneurship. You can choose a maximum of 3 from each category. You will have a choice of all M-Level modules delivered at the School of Engineering and a selection of modules from across the University M-Level courses aligned to your project’s specific needs.
A DBA is equivalent to a PhD but more applied in nature. This course is designed to generate new knowledge and understanding which will contribute to enhancing the policies and practices of modern management.
